Holiday Inn Express Tucson North, Marana is looking for a General Manager to join our team!

If you are team oriented and love serving others, this is the position for you! As a General Manager, your role will be helping support the success of the hotel. You will be a pillar of the staff that others will look towards as an example. There are many different tasks needed for this position. This includes, but is not limited to:

Creating guest reservations

Responding to guest issues and reviews

Assisting with sales and rate management

Ordering

Scheduling

Covering the Front Desk in emergencies

Keeping track of inventories

Coaching other managers and staff members as necessary

Attending monthly meetings and bi-weekly revenue calls regarding the success of our property

Other tasks assigned based on the needs of the hotel. We are a growing company and are constantly looking for individuals that desire to improve themselves. Due to the importance of this position, we need individuals with prior hotel experience. Compensation is competitive and based on prior experience.

Qualifications:

Min 2 years management experience

Hotel experience preferred but not required

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of inventories and sales

Reliable

a positive attitude
